Program for Europe countries, to be discussed :

1/  Reduce taxes for employers and employees

2/  Raise taxes on pollutions (green shift)

3/  Reduce bureaucracy and excess of non-priority spendings, with better supervision and flexibility

4/  Cut the 'none renewable' energies subsidies and reduce the number of authorized pesticides (linked to cancer and biodiversity losses ..

5/ Financing a more efficient and independant Justice  is a priority

=>  For a balance between Federalism and Confederalism (between centralism and regions following subsidiary principle)
